The warmer the temperatures, the greater the chance for dehydration. When you lose massive amounts of water, everything from your perception of fatigue to your short-term memory can be affected. Make sure to consume 16 to 24 ounces of water one to two hours before exercise and 4 to 6 ounces of water every 15 to 20 minutes during your workout.
